East India Negroni
Try this trans-Atlantic twist on the classic Negroni by Jim Meehan.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Banks 5-Island rum
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Lustau East India Solera Sherry
- Garnish: 1 Orange twist
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
- Stir, and strain into a rocks glass filled with one large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
