Jewel Mine
This sweet and tart cocktail from bartender Lucinda Sterling is made with a blend of whiskey and pomegranate liqueur.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tincup whiskey
- 3/4 oz Pama pomegranate liqueur
- 2 dashes The Dead Rabbit Orinoco bitters
- Tonic water, to top
- Garnish: Cucumber wheel
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the tonic water in a rocks glass.
- Fill with ice and top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
