Tasman Sea
Mix up this slushy Tiki classic by Jeff "Beachbum" Berry. The elaborate carved mug is optional.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce 151-proof gold Caribbean rum
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Hart 151-proof demerara rum
  • 1/4 ounce orange curaƧao
  • 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 ounce demerara syrup
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed ice

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, up to 10 seconds.
  3. Pour (unstrained) into a large snifter or tiki vessel.
